be forced to price your home lower than you had expected.

have to look at recently sold houses that are in my area and similar
to my house. This is the main method real estate agents use to price
a home. You should do a search in your area. The search should be
based on the population density in your area. If you are located in a
densely populated area, you may only search within a mile of the
location of your home for recently sold houses. If you live in the
countryside, you may search for several miles.
Don’t
expect someone to reject cheaper similar houses to yours in your area
and buy your house expensively.
